Two ways to complete the Series

01

Individual
Series

The same participant takes on all five challenges, building a personal collection from first challenge to 5/5.

Your company 3 Peaks Series

Progress everyone
can share.

Your team does not need to stay the same. Each completed company event moves the organisation one step closer to the full collection.

Why it works for organisations

One shared goal.
Many ways in.

Visible momentum

Five named challenges create a programme people can understand and follow.

Flexible participation

Different colleagues, offices or networks can contribute to the collective result.

A physical story

The medal collection gives each event its own reward and the full programme a recognisable finish.

Built for purpose

Use the Series around engagement, wellbeing, fundraising or a significant shared challenge.

Team programme FAQs

Useful answers.
No hard sell.

You do not need to know the format, dates or exact participant number before starting a conversation.

Do the same employees need to complete all five challenges?+

No. In a Company Series, different colleagues can represent the organisation at different events while the company progresses collectively.

Can we begin with one challenge?+

Yes. You can discuss a standalone private event with room to develop it into a wider 3 Peaks Series programme later.

How long does a company programme take?+

The concept is intentionally flexible. A programme could run across one to three years, subject to the challenges selected, participant needs and agreed delivery plan.

Can the programme support charity fundraising?+

Fundraising integration can form part of the planning conversation. The exact model and responsibilities would be agreed with your organisation and charity partners.

Are prices and dates fixed?+

No public package prices or dates are being presented at this stage. Challenge Central will scope the programme around the confirmed requirements before providing a proposal.
